to be 109 years old) Yep, it's a long story, but locals flock to this mountain town 35 minutes south of our cabin. Park for the lookalike contest, art exhibits, salmon toss, live music at the Blue Ball, and Colorado's only coffin race. And, oh
yes, beer.
The Stanley Film Festival

The festival will present classic horror movies along with newly created independent horror short and feature films
that are set at the Stanley Hotel and created by emerging and established filmmakers. Along with the films there will be Q&A sessions, industry panels, the "Stanley Dean's Cup" student film competition and special events for cinema insiders, enthusiasts
and fellow artists. The films will be shown at the Stanley Hotel and Reel Mountain Theater. Check website for locations and times. Thurs 7:30 pm to Sun 8 pm. Rate Information: Cost of Admission: Starts at $10

The Duck Race is simple. You "adopt" little rubber duckies and select Estes Valley charities to benefit from your adoptions. But that's not all, there are Prizes galore! If your little ducky is one of the lucky winners, you might win all kinds of prizes!
